Migrate from LogMeIn to Splashtop
Already using LogMeIn or another remote support tool? It’s easy to switch your managed computers over to Splashtop in two simple steps.
1. Download the Splashtop Streamer installer
Splashtop streamer is the software that runs on the computers you want to remotely access.

The installer is available as an EXE or MSI.

Log into your Splashtop web console and create a deployment package. Then you can download the installer as an EXE or MSI.

Learn more about how to do all that.

2. Install Splashtop Streamer on your computers
To install Splashtop remotely, use your existing remote support tool to remote into your computers. Download the streamer installer onto those remote computers, then run the installer.

If you have Microsoft Group Policy, SCCM, or a RMM tool, you can install the streamer onto many computers in one shot by using MSI or EXE. The installation process with both MSI and EXE installers can be customized.

Here is an overview of the various deployment methods.

You’re welcome to take a look at our brief tutorial video or give our support team a call.

Like many other IT professionals, I was blindsided by the LogMeIn pricing bombshell which has left me and my clients scrambling for an alternative to that, now overpriced, solution. After making do on a temporary basis with other products’ free solutions, I have finally come home to Splashtop. In addition to being easily deployed and scaled, Splashtop gives me excellent performance even over sketchy connections.
